I always hated how TES4 by default is a solo adventure unless you manage to get far enough in quests to get a (poorly executed) follower. Using mods, you can recruit people and have something more like an adventuring party. This is going to be loosely based on a current playthrough with a lot of extra rp elements and storyline elements. The main player character for it is Silas, with J'Rashi and Adele being followers, but the story will cycle through POVs. Also I know the Khajiit-speak is hard to read sometimes, but don't worry, it'll get addressed during J'Rashi's arc. (As well as the fact that every character seems to be a worn-out archetype, becuase that's the point of arcs, right?)
Anyways, since I can put HCs and extra details here, I will.
Silas Venton comes from a Legion family. He's Colovian through and through. His father was a soldier, falling during battle early in Silas' life. His brother is a Legion soldier as well, currently stationed in the Illiac Bay. Silas did not pursue the Legion; he instead became a Page for the Blades starting at the age of 7. His life has almost entirely consisted of training. This training has become almost inseperable from his personality, for better or for worse.
J'Rashi was born in Elseweyr to a poor family. His relationship with the Empire is one of bare tolerance. It took a lot from him and led him to lead what he believes could have been a better life without it, but he knows that one lone bandit could never bring about any real change aside from that of his own suffering. He allows others to think of him what they will.
Adele Motierre has lived a life of upper class luxury. Her family is old, old money, often notorious for shady dealings and political intrigue. Personally, she doesn't care. She loves the study of magic, and wants little more than a huge personal library and space to experiment with the more esoteric of magic schools. Fireballs are cool and all, but her heart belongs to Mysticism.

Summary:
Silas Venton has trained his entire life to serve and protect the Septim line. When the disaster to end all distasters strikes and Tamriel descends into darkness, he must do what he knows: follow orders and protect whatever remains.
J'Rashi did the only work he thought he could ever get - and a chance encounter leads him to find someone who doesn't cut him down immediately. The Empire that had left him behind years ago was now calling for his aid.
Adele Motierre never strived for more than her personal library and space to learn spellcraft. When a lifelong friend comes home, she has to rise up to the calling.
A party of adventurers take the role of the Hero of Kvatch.
